Jabu went the extra mile

Jabu Xaba sales consultant at Outsurance recognised me as a human being, not a set of statistics that he needed to punch into a computer in order to make a sale. Jabu listened to my request and fully understood the situation. He showed empathy and made an effort to help when other consultants didn't care. He probably knew the sale would not be authorised but he still tried. Outsurance could not help me, no sale and no satisfaction on that front, BUT Jabu was excellent and he deserves a very big thank you, Sir, from me. He represented Outsurance in a very professional manner and seemed to know a lot about the business of insurance. I think he deserves a pay increase at least, before another company recognises his excellence and grabs him.
