Jabu Khoza, the best guy to talk to for insurance at OUTsurance.
I switched my insurance to OUTsurance and had the friendliest guy (JABU KHOZA) helping me. He explained everything in such a way that I now know exactly what's going on with my insurance plan. I won't suggest any other insurance company to anyone going forward.
