I’ve had such an exceptional experience with OUTsurance that I had to share. Mohamed assisted me with my car insurance and gave outstanding service. Later, Boitumelo (Melo) helped me with my life and house insurance – her professionalism and care were remarkable. I also spoke with Chantey, and that call was such a joy! From bonding over both being 1996 babies to discovering we each have 8-month-old babies, it honestly felt like chatting with a friend. She was so refreshing, patient, and kind, even when I had to cut the call multiple times – she stayed the course with warmth. The phrase “How can I make your day awesome?” is not just a greeting at OUTsurance, it’s a reality. The service has been reliable, friendly, and efficient every time. Because of this, I referred my cousin, who also joined OUTsurance and took out a policy of her own. That speaks volumes about the level of customer service. Excellent, excellent service!
