I've been with Outsurance insuring my car for 19 years now and I've been exceptionally happy. Two days ago I phoned to ask some questions. Nthabiseng helped me. Her friendliness and incredible service was exceptional! Because of the service I've received in the past as well as Nthabiseng's fantastic assistance. I have now moved my householder insurance to Outsurance!! Your staff and the service they give are exceptional! Thank you!! Regards, Lyn
