I've been with Outsurance for many years, vehicle and home content. I used roadside assist when I was stuck with auto-electric in a nature reserve on a narrow path. Within half hour of my call Outsurance arranged assistance to get the vehicle to Vredendal. When we moved home, Outsurance covered our goods in transit at no extra cost. I have not had any claims and in return for that I get a nice sum of my premium money paid back without having to ask for it. Service and enquiries are fast, professional and solution finding rather than adding more problems. My monthly premium is lower than most. I am very happy with my insurer and won't easily be going anywhere else. I have recommended Outsurance to a family member recently and I expect to receive a bonus for that soon!
