I’ve been with Outsurance for a few years now and I am continually blown away by their level of service. The claims process is so straightforward and everyone I’ve ever dealt with has been incredibly helpful and friendly. I have a pet insurance policy with them and have had no problems in getting them to payout. They are always easy to get in touch with and quick to reply, and the claims process is never delayed. I recently made a claim for a small procedure for my dog, and Outsurance processed and accepted it within an hour. I would highly recommend Outsurance to anyone looking at pet insurance, they really are fantastic.
