I've been with OUTsurance for a couple of years, and in August my annual premiums come up for review. A few days ago I duly phoned and asked if there's any chance they can be reduced as I'm retired. 'No problem' the very polite consultant said, 'please hold whilst I get the relevant department to review this'. A couple of minutes later they came back with a favourable reduced premium amount and duly emailed me my updated policy schedule. OUTsurance you rock ❤
