I've been with Outsurance for 6 years, only had to claim once (last month for a geyser burst) within a few minutes of lodging my claim, the assessor was on his way to my home

I've been with Outsurance for 6 years, only had to claim once (last month for a geyser burst) within a few minutes of lodging my claim, the assessor was on his way to my home. He was done and dusted within the hour, and the company appointed to do the work were at my house that after, and they did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later, we had an issue with our pool, called and lodged a claim, and again, within the hour, an assessor had contacted me & came the same day. Repairs will start on Friday. 2 very big claims within 2 months....awesome service and can not thank Outsurance enough.
