I’ve been with OUTsurance for 5 years

I’ve been with OUTsurance for 5 years. The Call Centre is excellent and professional, the App user-friendly, and call backs always done as promised. It’s easy to add or remove products. I’ve used the Comprehensive cover call-out service for dead batteries and electrical issues, and claims have been simple with consistent payouts. I use Smart Drive and enjoy the monthly discount—it’s a great incentive for good client behaviour. Suggested improvement: extend Smart Drive benefits to “out-and-about” items like phones (less travel = lower risk = lower premium). Annual premium increases can be tough, but every time I’ve phoned in, I’ve been met with kindness and a genuine effort to keep it win-win. All in all, it’s been a great experience with OUTsurance. I’m still aiming for my OUTbonus, which is a clever way to discourage unnecessary claims.
