I've been trying to call the call centre and i cant get through.
I have been calling and calling the call centre and now i just want to cancel. Not sure if the issue is with my phone but when i get to the department i say hello and no one responds and after which the call is dropped. other calls get through easily. I just need to cancel now. thanks.
