I've been looking to get my premium reduced, however not compromising on quality and service. Marcel went above and beyond to meet my requirements. Although at the end of the quotation, unfortunately, Outsurance could not beat my current premium, that didn't damper his professionalism. He instead continued being patient and accommodative to the many questions I had posed. The experience was excellent, although I didn't get my needs met, people should consider this service provider.
