I've been a client with outsurance for over 15 years. There is no other insurance out there like them they are professional caring, and when it comes to claims very efficient. I don't get any pushback from them. Outsurance goes above and beyond for their clients. I recall when I first joined I had a massive breakin to my car now you know your first car is your baby it's precious to you anyway I called outsurance to assist me the damages alone was more than the threshold they advised me it would have to be a write off I was not happy I was sad about this the lady picked that up without having to ask me if I'm ok and assisted me that I did not have to write off the car. The staff have a lot of respect they deal professionally with their clients and always assist where they can. To me and with all my issues, they have always helped me they feel like part of the family. Their turnaround time is fantastic weather, be queries or claims. Trust me, I've shopped around, and there is no insurance like Outsurance.
