I've been a client of Outsurance now for 18 years

I've been a client of Outsurance now for 18 years. I'm Afrikaans speaking and each time that I have asked for someone from Outsurance, who understands Afrikaans, to call me back, it happened. Today it happened again. I wanted to lower my premium, because I'm a pensioner and am struggling to make ends meet. Sherwyn called me back and after our discussion in Afrikaans, and with a few available adjustments to my policy, my premium amount was lowered with plus minus R350. I am so greatfull that I can still be assured of good coverage for my car and home. Thank you Sherwyn Eckersley
