Itumeleng from OUTsurance is brilliant
How does OUTsurance do this... it blow my mind really. They havw perfected what customer service is all about. Itumeleng Mdlalose deserve a shout-OUT. She is just brilliant. Skilled, friendly, quick and authentic. She is the example for any business of what cuatomer service must look and sound like.
Well done and thank you Itumeleng. You are suoer good at what you do amd I appreiate this a lot.
