"Itu" = Excellent Customer Care

<p>This morning I received a call from an Outsurance Consultant named Itumaleng Kau to confirm and update my profile details. He was super friendly, and had such a kind, helpful, and genuine attitude. Huge thumbs up and thank you to "Itu" for doing his job excellently and providing a fantastic service for Outsurance! I usually try and end these types of calls as quick as possible, however this time round I really enjoyed my chat with "Itu"!</p>
