Its Pathetic

I have been insured with Outsurance for almost three years, and I feel my money went straight to waste.The problem started when I sold my car and updated my policy for a new car which was a mini cooper s. I than projected the arrival date of the Mini Cooper so that its covered by the time is delivered to me. However the Dealer stood me up, and I ended up with an insurance of a car that I did not receive. I called outsurance notifying them however by then they had deducted the premium on a pro rata and I was told that I will be refunded. I went without a car for a month but wanted to keep my account active so we then together with the consultant projected a future date on the 1st of September and we insured a 2014 GTi red in colour and the qoute was +/-2500 and it was due to go off on the 1st of September. On the first of September I bought a GTi 2013 model white in color and I had it insured and removed the Red GTi 2014 model. The premium qouted on the car was R2200. The debit order went off soon after and I was told that the premium paid on the Mini Cooper will be refunded to this day nothing has happened. Sadly its my last month with Outsourance I am done
