It’s not the first time I have been assisted promptly and so efficiently by an Outsurance agent. On a previous occasion one of my businesses had an incident where by there was an armed ******* and Outsurance after following their protocol payed us out and saved our Business. From our Outsurance broker at the time, to the assessors to the claims agent gaves excellent service. Thank God. On this occasion my wife’s phone was accidentally damaged and the agent called me and swiftly had everything sorted and approved, it was effortless process for me and his client service was 10/10. Well done 👏
