It’s my problem
My car was bumped from behind by a truck with no brakes while waiting at a red traffic light. I reported it to outsurance and they immediately started as if I’m claiming. The owner of the truck is also with outsurance but didn’t claim. What am I paying premiums for if I now have to chase after a guy or go to small claims court?? If he was uninsured then fine but he’s with outsurance!
