It's always a pleasure calling Outsurance. I had to take my 1 laptop off and replace it with another one. The lady advise me but why don't I claim for the laptop that is not working. I didn't want to because the HP wasn't damaged or anything. My husband wanted another laptop. It was in less than 15 minutes every thing was sorted out
