Items ****** from car once towed by outsurance. And never reimbursed.

Outsurance towed my car from a accident site and returned it with missing parts. They ignored my request to return the front grill bumper and head light. After reporting it numourous times . Nothing was done.

They use bully tactics because of the size of the organisation.
