ITC Update

I cancelled my policy almost 2 months ago and credit bureau's still shows the account as open. I also phoned and was promised that the account closed letter will be emailed and ITC will be updated bu it's not yet updated and show OPEN account. This has a negative effect on my credit score as it counts as an open account, and it is not. Please just update it, it's very simple.
