It was very good
It was very good. The lady I spoke to was very friendly from the minute I spoke to OUTsurance about my claim. They sent me to Glasfit which is just around the corner from my house for an assessment of the damage. They too were very efficient and very friendly. My car went into Autobahn last Tuesday morning and I got it back on Friday. They did a superb repair like it never happened and everyone was very friendly. So my whole experience has been extremely good. Thank you OUTsurance
