It was the time Festive season holidays

It was the time Festive season holidays. My dog, Jack, hurt his pore accidentally causing an urgent visit to the vet. I submitted a claim but didnt expect to hear anything because of the time of the year. The very next day i received both an email and a phone message from a lovely young lady at Outsurance. There were a few problems with my claim but within a day she had sorted them out and phoned me to let me know i would receive a full refund. I am truly relieved and am very grateful to this informed and helpful young woman at Outsurance. Well done!!
