It was seamless and my consultant knew exactly what I needed and ensured I got extra benefits that were not initially on my plan. Everything was explained to me whilst I ate my breakfast and am paying exactly what I can afford. Thumbs up to outsurance and I wish other insurers were as efficient and effective as outsurance 🙌🏽
