It was my first time being in an accident although not so serious
It was my first time being in an accident although not so serious. Tebogo Aphane called me and seamlessly walked me through the process. Within 3 days my claim was processed, mind you this happened on a Saturday morning. I appreciate her empathy and the assessor Erin's speedy response in handling my matter. I am happy that I am a client of Outsurance. Thank you.
