It was a great experience, from being on boarded to being assisted at every step and hurdle which I had to take to be fully insured by outsurance. The staff is friendly, patient and professional. I thought it was just people overreacting on the ads on TV but from my personal experience, I also sound like I'm overreacting but it is "as seen on TV"
