It is the first time I ever had to submit a claim. I submitted on the mobile app and it was so quick and easy. Not long after I received a call from Mohammed Khan who assisted me with the claim and he was so nice to answer all my questions as I was unsure of a few things. He was very polite and professional. Outsurance makes it very convenient and easy to submit claims. I am very satisfied with my experience.
