It is REALLY as they say: "You always get something out!"

<p>Outsurance: "You always get something out."</p> <p> </p> <p>This was my experience recently when our car packed up and left my wife stranded on the R304 on her way to work in Stellenbosch. I called OutSurance and Wesley Chettiar assisted me, promptly arranging that a pick up truck be despatched to collect the car and bring it back to my place in Table View. I however found myself in an immediate predicament when Wesley reminded me that their tow service contractors were compelled to only collect the broken down vehicle and take it to a drop-off point of my choice, which meant that my wife would not make it to work in the end. I asked if there was any way they would make an exception for us as I was out in Table View without a car, and I would have to find a way to get to my wife who was about 10km outside Stellenbosch and then get her to work on time. Wesley immediately jumped on the opportunity to go that extra mile ****erally) and within about 5 minutes everything was arranged: The tow tuck got to our car withing 20min tops.
