It is easy and quick to lock a claim with them and without any hassles. The people are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend OutSurance to anyone without thinking twice! They ARE the BEST insurance company in South Africa. I’ve been with them for more than 20 years and NEVER encountered a problem that they didn’t solve. Standing alone along the road and one call to them and my car was loaded and offloaded at my house within an hour. Recently I’ve locked a claim for my washing machine and dishwasher and within 2 DAYS the replacements are on their way. LOVE OUTSURANCE!!!!
