My wife had the unfortunate incident of being driven into by a gentleman at her office. It was obviously his fault.<br> Lindie was adamant that she will get my excess back from the other party but I was not confident.<br> <br> To my amazement she called me today and confirmed that the other party has paid my excess and she will do a refund for me in the next 48 hours.<br> <br> My response....wow.
