IS THIS MY REWARD FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER?

I had insurance with outsurance. on 20th August I noticed that my premium increased from an amount of +-R550 to +- R790. I called and was informed that it was for the annual increase. I called miway and got a quote for R650 on retail value and no access, I called outsurance and they decrease my insurance to R778.64. I decided to cancel. Today I called outsurance to reinstate my policy and I got a new price for R924.45 another R200 increase from my previous premium and its not even a month that passed. When I spoke to the guy in retentions he told me that should I upgrade to retail it will only be an increase in premium of +- R10 why this high increase. I decided to reinstate my policy as I was insured with outsurance since I had my car and I had a learners licence and didn't want to go with another company as my loyalty with outsurance, is this how I get repaid for my loyalty?
