**** Is The Best They Can Offer

So i did a policy with OUTsurance and my request was that i need to cover a cell phone spoke to Johan when opening a policy and guy promised that the phone is covered. When i spoke to Qabisa on 31 Oct she said she will look into my query call me with in 48 hours it went i then called back on Friday there i am proudly calling spoke to Amanda rude if i may say then her Sup Jabu that promised to call back never did. I was then transferred again yet another Sup Romeo which i was told he is Qabisa Sup which he never called me as well. I called to add another phone and get told sorry fool you have been fooled we are actually ****ming you cos you paying for what you did not order, imagine if i had to claim and get told that.

Please do tell me what kind of a **** is your company running with ******** selling, oh yes they never send me my policy once i opened it and they only send it after my initial call on the 31 Oct. Im still waiting for a call and i want the recording of when i did the policy and my money back
