IS OUTSURANCE TAKING ME FOR A RIDE ???

I am very disappointed with the manner OUTSURANCE is handling my case. At first they told they will not pay for the damages caused on my car by their client, now they kind of playing hide and seek. I last heard from Outsurance on 19/11/2018 when i was told LIABILTY CLAIMS MANAGER was going to contact me regarding the case after I wrote a review titled "REJECTED CLAIM" I feel Outsurance does not take my case seriously.I don't know if to them this is some kind of a game or its a delay tactic so that I give up eventually. Whenever I'm stopped at road blocks they always point out at the damage on my car that its very dangerous to me and the people driving behind me as the left tail light does not work properly.. Several times ive been told by metro police to park the car up until its fixed as its a ticking time bomb. What will become of me if i park the car as its a very important tool in my livelyhood? How long should i park it before OUTSURANCE decides to compensate me (if ever they have any intention of compensating me) ?? The damage caused is very serious even if i tried i wouldn't be able to get it fixed myself the cost is too high. OUTSURANCE WHY ARE DOING THIS ???
