Is it fair to expect brands to have integrity?
Is it fair to expect brands to have integrity? Of course yes, without a shadow of a doubt - a brand must have integrity. Integrity is the essence of what make an organization or even a brand to build and maintain trust.<br> I recently had an encounter with Outsurance on their current campaign premised on incentivising 'potential customers' to switch from their existing insurer to their books. <br> Following a lengthy (almost 30 minutes) call on the phone with the agent during the process of reviewing my existing portfolio and ascertaining how they could manouvre and eventually give me a better deal for the switch to be effected, the deal fell through as they could not beat my existing premium which was R400 less than what they were offering me. What an irony I thought... Very exciting for me! Only almost two weeks later, I'm still waiting for 'a manager' to give me a call back, after I'd spoken to \\Lauren\and \\\"\"Iris\\\"\" who assured me that the manager would call me that same afternoon. I'm still waiting....\"\"\""
