Irritating Sales Lady who can't take no for an answer

Iyoh these people I requested a comparison quote and when I requested to get a written quotation and time to carefully compare and consider with my current insurance policy the lady firstly refused with a giggle of "what do I think I'm going to do with the policy document" thereafter starting in my opinion harassing me tell me why would I want to continue with an insurance company that doesn't give me out bonus or whatever they call it and practically said that my insurance hasn't given me pleasure in all the years of service that I've been with them. I was so uncomfortable with how pushy this lady was. Yeses I hung up and had to switch my phone off coz I literally got endless calls afterwards. Your sales department is just as annoying as your changer dai deng adverts
