Irritated Pathetic Service

After being caught in a hail storm i had to log a claim with Outsurance for repairs to my car. almost 4 weeks later and im told they sprayed the entire car but not the bumpers .... im left with a TWO TONED car!!!! so its either i cough up R4500 in addition to the R5000 access for the bumpers to be sprayed or i sit with a car which is two toned which prior to the hail damage there was no real different in the shade of the bumpers and the car!!! this is so frustrating after being with outsurance for more than 7 years and never claiming it is very very disappointing having to have this kind of service. i have had numerous calls from other insurance companies offering me a way better rate than outsurance but i remained loyal not knowing this is the treatment i would get when i needed to claim. Im so irritated i actually want to tell them to give me back my car in the same state it was in and pay back all my premium how the hell do they spray the entire car just not the BUMPERS!!!!! does not make logical sense at all.
