Irresponsible Insurance
It has been my experience that Outsurance is the biggest ******, My vehicle was high Jacked 15 weeks ago and they pressured me to take the vehicle to there service providers and to date my vehicle is still regarded as ****** and they returned my vehicle in a non running state. For 15 weeks I have been asking for some type of resolution but to date its always another report they waiting on. This is how I feed my family and they certainly don't give toss about there clients so if you reading this please note that you will be treated the same.

23 Oct 2023, 15:45The claim manager and his managers are still missing in action and to say the least you have done my business an injustice. We as small businesses pay our insurance for exactly this so we can be assured that we can continue to work and create employment. You as a business are directly responsible for the trauma we did not just suffer because of a high jacking but the insurer we trusted caused more damage. I hope you as an organisation feel great about yourself.
