Invasion of privacy and intimadation by investigat

In Nov last year I was in a accident and my car was held at a yard. I put in a claim with Outsurance and the investigating agent came to my work to discuss the accident. After giving him my account of the accident, he (at my workplace) started shouting at me claiming that I **** and that I am responsible for everything. He came came to my workplace and intimidated me, forcing me to write down that the accident was my fault. IN addition to this, he went through my car without my knowledge and he opened a letter that was in my car, a doctors letter with my blood test results I did as I had a medical issue before my accident. He went and he opened information that only myself and my doctor was aware of. He forced me to write down that I was responsible for the accident and that it will not happen again. I literally felt disrespected and felt bul****. I burst out in tears after he left and immediately cancelled my insurance. I think the fact that he went through my personal things before asking me was a total invasion of privacy and very disrespectful. Your agents are rude, they will do anything to force someone to admit guilt just so that the claim will get rejected. Sies man gha
