Invalid rejected claims !! Pathetic !

So get this.

I have been involved in an accident where a person insured with Outsurance drove into the back of my vehicle when it was raining, now the 3PP rejected my claim because there was water on the road and they stated it is because "storm water drain is blocked and water can be seen accumulating"........ I still do not get this? even if there was water on the road it was not and is still not my fault. The fact that it was raining does not change the fact that the lady ( insured with Outsurance ) was at fault. This is not the first I hear of outsurance 3PP claims being rejected because of insanely stupid reasons. I think this is totally unacceptable and i will not leave this here. The reason why Outsurance can " beat any car insurance quote " is because of all the money they ***** or save by not paying the 3PP claims!!!
