INUNDATED

I would like to share my experience I had with Outsurance! Firstly I was happy with my current vehicle insurer and i received a call from Outsurance for a free quote, i went ahead to compile to get the quote which was indeed cheaper and I went on to accept the cover. I was quoted a premium of R637 per month with a excess of R4200, a week later i tried to get a quote for another car I was told that actually my previous quote of R637 will be now increased to R1052 because the details of when i first got my drivers licence was captured incorrectly and that will now have a bearing on my premium, bear in mind that I had already cancelled with previous insurer in the mind of cheaper premium with Outsurance and I was not paying anything near R800. So Outsurance are now saying that they can not guarantee to keep the premium at the promised R637 because of wrong capturing and they are investigating the matter, like guys i cant drive around uninsured and i cant afford to pay R1052 and my previous insurer also cant guarantee that i shall get the same price back. OUTSURANCE WHY THOUGH!!!!!
