Insured at 2 different Addresses

So by chance this morning i saw on my policy that my two vehicles are insured at different properties. Last year on the 24th of October it was still correct and between then and the last time i got an updated schedule the one vehicle's address was changed to my old home address !! <br> <br> So my problem now is that if i had to claim, it would have been repudiated due to incorrect address information.
