Insurance/towing company frustration

My car overheated and in the process got engine damage. I phoned outsurance to please send someone to come and pick up my car from my house and take it to toyota in order to be repaired. Citi towing came to pick up my car. As the driver was exiting my complex the roof rack of the car colided with the arch of the gaurd house. I placed a claim with outsurance but was told later by citi towing that I should let them claim of their insurance. It is now 4 weeks after the incident and still the matter has not been resolved yet.

I only wanted my car to be fixed up at Toyota but now my wife cannot get to work and back because Citi towing damaged my car and Outsurance are not willing to help take any liablity for the damage of my car. It is just so furstrating not being able to do anything about the matter other than writing to Hello peter and hoping that someone will understand.
