Insurance theft

My vehicle was insured with Outsurance and on the 21st of June 2019 I was involved in an accident and the vehicle towed to first help panel beaters in Roodepoort. A couple of weeks later my car was returned without my engine control unit. This is a blatant act of theft by the panel beaters and Outsurance has not been able to resolve this issue for over a month now. Pathetic service. I will never use this insurance company again.
