I insured my jewelry with them ,for R140 000,when I had to claim they refer me an unknown jeweler and they replaced my jewelry at a cost of R22 000.00 ,I told them I was not happy about this,they never bothered to get back to me with a solid answer.so the advisor walked away with a huge bonus in December cause she saved outsurance at my expense!!
