Insurance running away from fixing my car
Claim ***,I had the worst experience in this company was involved in a accident and outsurance claim skipped a red robot and hit my car, at first he agreed to fix my car then after the he changed his mind and the worst part is the the insurance told me that they are going to believe their client despite if he is wrong even the police report says he bumped my car, so I guess outsurance clients can go around bumping other people cars and then lie and their insurance will take their side, anyone help cause its now right what these people are doing

The outcome of the claim did understandably cause you much unhappiness.
After having received your complaint, our liability claims manager looked into the merits and contacted you with feedback.
There is a clear merit dispute. The 3rd person involved in the accident also confirmed your wife skipped the red light, which was the cause for the accident.
Lebo further informed you that the courts will also lean more to the side of the person who has someone corroborating his version than the person with only 1 version. Based on that, we will unfortunately not entertain the third party claim and and our file will remain closed.

31 Jul 2020, 12:17This company as I have said that it showed me the worst service ever, your response saying that the third person collaborated that my wife skipped the robot was a lie and if you did your investigation properly you would have seen that. I have forwarded you proof from cartrack that my wife stopped at the robots and accident report, my proof is not word of mouth but its concrete proof but you never came back to us. And if you guys know your story if the 3rd person was waiting to turn right at the robots he would have been in the center of the intersection but he was behind the pedestrian line that clearly shows that he **** to you and your client **** as well. One thing that you guy know its that to call my wifes work place and confirm employment as if she owes you or agreed to pay you but you fail to do proper investigations, I did my investigations please fix my car or will still look for help and will get it to take on your company I won't let this go, will fight will all i have.
