Insurance Refund

After almost twelve months of selling a property, I realised that I was still paying the monthly insurance premium on my Outsurance policy. I contacted their call centre to cancel that portion immediately. <br> This was done and to my surprise, Zane offered to to speak to a supervisor to attempt a refund for the full period that the property was transferred to the buyer. <br> I submitted proof of the transaction and within a day, Zane got back to me confirming the refund was approved!<br> Well done Outsurance! No other insurer would have even made the offer, never mind getting it approved.
