Insurance qoutes
<p>I recently received a call from Outsurance for car insurance purposes. i did not opt for Outsurance to call me or request a quote but seeing that they provide R 400 / R 800 if they cannot beat your current insurance premiums.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please communicate how this scheme works? Outsurance quoted me R 2 400 which is 50 % of what I am currently paying with my insurance company. The consultant assured me that my risk profile has changed and that I am elignle for a better premium than what I was previously quoted in April 2016., but the premium stayed the same and there was n change in insurance premiums as promised when the call was initiated.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am frustrated because I spent 20 minutes of my time through the underwriting process for a premium that never changed and was basically the same as the premium quoted in April 2016.</p> <p> </p>

Outsurance contacted me within an hour upon receipt of this complaint to address my queries and I was very happy with the outcome of the complaint. Furthermore, even though other policy wordings excluded me from this promotion, Outsurance went out of their way to process my complaint and pay me R 400 because they could not beat my current quote.
