Insurance Premium

<p>I received a notification stating that my premium will be going up next month, i decided to call them 27/07/2016 around 17:00 to negotiate my installment,I spoke to Thandeka Mazibuko who told me they can only decrease by R17.00, i have ben with that company for over 8yrs and will be getting outbonus for not claiming in 3yrs and she told me i have already paid more than R60000.00 and when i requested to speak to the team leader she informed me that she was also a superior, she never even mailed me the new quote as per my request.I fell this is a day light ******* and how can car parts have gone up by 75% to purchase as a reason for premium increase? This is the most ridilous infirmation i have ever received.</p>
