Bad service ever received, I thought Outsurance was the thee best car insurance. I've been their valuable customer but until October 2023 I've realized that the insurance is a ****.Ive lodge a claim in October 2023,Outsurane out sourced service provider to fix my car,I raised concerns they assigned consultant to ne the mediator as now I was fighting with Akasia Autohouse to fix my car, instead Akasia Autohouse broke my car inside I was told in December that the workshop is closing they'll other parts to fix their mistakes, it's the end of the month the service provider is ***********! I now still blame Outsurance my claim and complain was closed but my car is more damaged and the worst-case scenario where is damaged its actually not an area where the car had to be fixed. I need help to complain to the Ombudsman, as this clearly shows just because I am a black person they took advantage of the colour of my skin.
