Insurance limiting courtesy car to 30 days is a reap off
Hellopeter. @OUTsurance told me to return the courtesy car after 30 days, leaving me stranded for the past 29days, whilst @FordSouthAfrica cannot deliver parts to the Panelbeater with my car. @FordSouthAfrica keeps changing ETA for the parts🙆🏾♂️. I leave in a place with no public transportation. Outsurance continues to enjoy my premiums, whilst I struggle to get around.

The back order on the parts was discussed and as a result of this not being within our control, we cannot extend the period of rental vehicle availability.
Our claims manager provided you with update after having been in contact with the manufacturers and we will ensure you are provided with feedback until the repair work has been finalised.
